The fine print

These terms apply to the use of ari-golf.com and to every lesson, class, program and service booked with Ari Sanjar Golf Coaching. Making a booking or using this website means these terms are accepted.

1. About the business

Ari Sanjar Golf Coaching is run by Ari Sanjar, a PGA professional based at Pelican Waters on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. ABN: [to be added].

2. Bookings

Lessons can be booked online through this website or by contacting Ari directly.
A booking is confirmed once a confirmation email has been received.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. A late arrival may mean a shorter session, so the next golfer is not kept waiting.
The location, length and format of each service are shown on its booking page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Unless the booking page says otherwise, payment is made in person at the lesson.
Package and program prices are confirmed on enquiry.
Prices may change from time to time, but a confirmed booking keeps the price shown when it was made.
Range balls, green fees, cart hire and any equipment bought at a club fitting are not included unless stated.

4. Cancelling or rescheduling

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled online using the link in the confirmation email, or by contacting Ari.
Please give at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another golfer. Later changes are subject to cancellation terms.
If Ari needs to cancel, for example because of illness or unsafe weather, the session will be moved to another time at no cost, or any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Weather

Lessons go ahead in light rain. If lightning, heavy rain or extreme heat makes coaching unsafe, Ari will get in touch to reschedule.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, a remedy such as a refund or a replacement session may be available.

7. Health, safety and responsibility

Golf is a physical activity. Please tell Ari before the session about any injury or medical condition that could affect taking part.
Every participant is responsible for following safety instructions and the rules of the venue.
To the extent allowed by law, Ari Sanjar Golf Coaching is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens while taking part, unless it is caused by negligence.
Clubs, bags and personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.

8. Juniors

A parent or guardian must make the booking for anyone under 18 and accepts these terms on their behalf. A parent or guardian needs to be contactable during the session and on site for younger juniors.

9. Online lessons and the Online Academy

Online coaching depends on a reliable internet connection and clear video. Videos, plans and other material provided through online lessons or the Online Academy are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied or resold.

10. Photos and video

Video is often recorded during lessons for swing analysis. This footage is only used for coaching. It is never used for marketing or social media without permission.

11. Golf trips

Golf trips are run through arisgolftours.com and have their own booking terms, which are provided at the time of booking.

12. Use of this website

All content on this website, including text, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Ari Sanjar Golf Coaching or is used with permission, and must not be copied without permission. Information on the website is general and may change without notice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
